Where does Concpt Studio Co. ship too?

 + We currently ship where USPS allows us to ship, as that is current source for shipping.

+ Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

+ If you are unsure if USPS ships to your location, prepare a “fake order” and enter your address details. That will give the estimated amount for shipping according to their weight guidelines.

 How do I track my order?

 + Once your order is received and shipped from our facility, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

 + If you do not receive tracking information, please email us at support@mercinco.co for further assistance's.

How do I return my order?

+ Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to the nature of how our products are made.

Is the price I see displayed for each item or grouped items?

 + The prices listed under each variety is per item. We often show multiple views of each item to highlight the slight variations associated with the handmade nature of our product.


How do I care for my soap?

 + Like any bar of soap, all bars of soap should be dried out in-between uses. This allows for a longer lasting bar of soap. Please use a soap dish that allows water to drain to help prolong the life of your bars.

 

What is Cold Process Soap?

+ Cold process soap is made by combining oils and sodium hydroxide lye, which causes a chemical reaction called saponification. In the process, you get to choose the oils, scents, colorants, and any other ingredients.
